sorting by cell values

Hi again,

you guys have helped me a lot on this project, but now something changed and would like it to do a couple more things
that I don't know how to do again, grrrrr.

I attached the work book and hoping you guys can solve my problem.

sheet 2 is the codes and location, sheet 3 has the formulas that count blank cells, right now its 3 or more blank cells and more than 3 the font becomes red,
I need it changed to 2 or more from 3 or more, which I tried but can't figure it out.

sheet 4 is the new problem.

is there a way to put on sheet 4 the location and code of the places that have only 2 or more weeks of blank cells, and if its 2, to keep the font black, and 3
or more the font to be red?. because 1 blank cell means it doesn't need to be collected, each location gets collected in a 2 week cycle.

sheet 3 A1, is where I type the date in and then it works great for 3 or more weeks.

I hope I explained things correctly.
