Formula to pop data from mult cells from one WS to another based on data enter in a cell

Formula needed to populate data from multiple cells from one WS to another based on data entered into a particular cell.

On sheet ‘LEADS’, the 4 columns: D, E, F, & I, 6:1005 – when any date is entered into K6:K1005,
the data from the 4 columns mentioned will auto populate into sheet ‘SALES’
Columns C, D, E, & F, 6:505 with the data falling under the same headings for both sheets.
