On sheet ‘LEADS’, the 4 columns: D, E, F, & I, 6:1005 – when any date is entered into K6:K1005,
the data from the 4 columns mentioned above will copy/paste into sheet ‘SALES’
Columns C, D, E, & F, 6:505 with the data falling under the same headings for both sheets.

The array entered formulas* for the four columns on the sales sheet are all generally written like:*Array entered formulas are activated by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer.Formula:

I checked it and the problem is as I add dates under the TAKEN column on SALES sheet, if I add a date on an earlier entry, then on the SALES sheet it pushes the existing entries down (C,D,E,F) which causes the adjacent columns with sales dates and figures to be mismatched.
Not sure that I understand. Looking at the SALES sheet there appear to be dollar values under the heading TAKEN. Could the names be entered in the order of the TAKEN dates on the LEADS sheet so that they will remain in date order when new dates (TAKEN) are input? If so then you could use something along the lines of the setup in the attached file.
1) Three helper columns are added to the LEADS sheet which rank and then break ties in the rankings of the dates TAKEN.
2) The formulas used on the SALES sheet are changed so that they read like:Note: that if a date is entered that is prior to the latest date that was previously entered it will still cause the condition you describe.Formula:Please Login or Register to view this content.
Note: For the purpose of demonstrating this method K8 is changed to 3/5/17 and K9 to 3/19/17.
