Countifs Question

Good Afternoon,

I have a spreadsheet with Managers Names and a Pull down list with the Months of the year. I have tried to do a countifs formula that will calculate how many times a manager shows up in the month that is in the pull down. My data is calculating at 0 when I put in the cell number it needs to read. I believe it has to do with the cell having text in it instead of a number but I can't do the normal "Month" in the formula because it can change depending on the month in the pull down. Hope this isn't too confusing any help would be appreciated.

• Click Advanced next to Quick Post button at the bottom right of the editor box.
• Scroll down until you see "Manage Attachments",
• Click the "Choose" button at the upper left (upload from your computer).
• Select your file, click "open", click "upload"
• Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
• Close the Attachment Manager window.
• Click "Submit Reply"

Note: Please do not attach password protected workbooks/worksheets
Ensure to disable any Workbook Open/Autorun macros before attaching!
