Formula to bring previous month value

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.
I have start inv in cell J2:M2 for items as listed in cell J1:M1
I will take inventory at the end of each month and will enter in cell J37:M37.
I need common formula in sheet Feb thru Dec in cell J2:M2 so that it takes the previous month values from cell J37:M37.
