Hi,
This forum was really helpful last year when i set up the golf league and the automated calculations of number of players and best top 5 scores has saved me countless hours of work.
I'm hoping someone can help with an issue I now have?
In the attached you will see I have a spreadsheet that records the number of birdies scored by each player in each round. I would like to do two things:
1. IF a score is entered in any week (columns), this means the player has played that week. I would like the Birdies Sheet to automatically assign a '0' value only against each player that has played that week (i.e. automatically assume no birdies have been scored by each player). I then manually enter the actual birdies for each player who has scored any that week. You will see that I have an auto calculation for the payouts for each player, depending on how many birdies they scored (10 pence payout per birdie). I have manually entered zeroes for those that played but didn't score birdies in the first week, but want this automated for all the following weeks
2. I would like the Earnings worksheet to take the 'Birdies' sheet values and multiply the number of birdies for each player each week by the payout/earnings calculation for each week. For example, on 29th October, Player 9, shot 3 birdies and received a net payout of £6.60 (cell B93)
I can then total the season winnings/losses per player
Really appreciate anyones' help with this.
Thanks
