working hours time not correct if before 08:00

Hello, I use this formula to calculate working hours. Any idea why the working hours would populate 10:13, and not 4:41. Our hours are 0800 to 1700. It seems to work fine if the start time is after 08:00? Thanks for any help.

Well, your first IF statement only checks if Receive date & Stop date falls on same date and subtracts Receive date from Stop date.
