    Highlighting Duplicate cells?

    Sorry!
I deleted the post that was here by accident. But here is the form again:

    FORM1
    NAME |LEVEL| PRICE
    EXAMPLE 1 B £1
    John 2 S £1
    XXXX G £1
    EXAMPLE 2 B £1
    EXAMPLE 1 B £1
    Metal 3 D £1
    Metal 4 S £1

Basically, it should be something like > if level =B and name has a duplicate , then highlight in red. Once i figure this one out, i want to do it for other levels. for example, a name with Level S can only be written twice. and there are other levels too.

    Re: Highlighting Duplicate cells?

So, I tried this, but... it highlighted ALL the duplicates. What im looking for basically is - if the level is B and the name is duplicated more than once, then duplicates should be highlighted. But ONLY the duplicates. Not all the B level cells, or all the name cells. ONLY the name that is level B. So in this form only EXAMPLE 1 / B should be highlighted (See below) and not all the 'B' cells in the Level column.... Does that make sense?

    FORM1
    NAME ---------|LEVEL| PRICE
    EXAMPLE 1-------B-----£1
    John 2-------------S-----£1
    XXXX G------------B-----£1
    EXAMPLE 2--------B-----£1
    EXAMPLE 1--------B-----£1
    Metal 3------------D-----£1
    Metal 4------------B-----£1

try in CF: =COUNTIFS($A$2:$A$8,$A2,$B$2:$B$8,$B2)>1 - change references accordingly
