Help with SUMIF formula, i believe?

I really need some help with the attached spreadsheet, I just need two formula's created but I can't wrap my head around it!
I think I made it easy to understand what I need.

Gets you what you need for the first criteria. Second criteria is the same as the first, so not sure where to go with that one.

Thank you, apologies, I made an error on the second criteria - getting very tired after working on it al day!

That one is actually a little more complex formula, I believe, so I will start a new thread.
