    Annual Expiration Date Tracker

    Hi all, I'm trying to format a column of dates to turn red when they are over a year old. I'm assuming it's using a conditional format but my attempts before have failed, especially when I tried to copy the formula from one cell into the other cells in the column. Any advice?

    Hello,

    Use the rule:

    =IF(B2>0,B2<=TODAY()-365,"")

    Yes it's with conditional formatting. Put that formula in B2 and set the new rule using a formula. Format it to turn red. Apply and save.

    Then go back to manage rules and change the range to whatever you want.

    Re: Annual Expiration Date Tracker

    I just format painter for the rest of the cells and it seems to be working perfectly with a red auto fill selected to highlight the dates. THANKS!
