If Statement Formatted on Unique IDs

Hello, any help would be much appreciated! For each set of unique IDs, if the minimum grade level in column is 3 or less, state "not-transfer" in column C. Otherwise state "transfer". So for example in the data-set attachment, for all unique IDs 1, the minimum grade level is 5, which is greater than 3, and is therefore labeled as a "transfer" in column C.

Yes, but for each set of unique IDs, such that for all rows with Unique ID 1, all the values in C are false, but for rows with Unique ID 2 (which has a row with grade level 3 or under), all the values are true.

Hi there, thanks for the response, but it doesn't seem to work. It returns #VALUE! instead. Any other ideas?

Re: If Statement Formatted on Unique IDs

That the error was #VALUE likely means that the array entered formula was activated by pressing only the Enter key, as opposed to simultaneously pressing the Ctrl, Shift and Enter keys, as is necessary.
Attached is a copy of your file using the array entered formula.
