SUMIF and VLOOKUP selected columns on separate sheet

    Hi all,

First time poster so sorry if this has been discussed elsewhere. I'm using Google Sheets rather than Excel but hopefully the solution should apply.

I've created a Meal Plan that has 3 sheets:

    1 - Shopping List
    2 - Recipes
    3 - Meal Plan

The aim is to add together the values of certain ingredients featured throughout the "Recipes" sheet and display the result next to the corresponding ingredient on the "Shopping List" sheet.
I had done this once already, but have since changed the format of the "Recipe" sheet to make it easier to edit. Now I'm struggling to get the formula correct.

This is how it used to work:

    RECIPES SHEET:

    INGREDIENTS SHEET:

The formula in B2 of the Ingredients sheet was: =sumif(Recipes!B$2:B$408,A2,Recipes!D$2:D$408)

However, because there's 3 different categories of meals, I've separated them across the columns like so:

So what I need to do now is find the ingredient name (e.g. "Almond Milk") across the column range B,J,H and then add together the values from columns D,L and T.
After having a look around various youtube videos and google, I think I need a combo of "SUMIF" and "VLOOKUP" (Although I'm not 100% sure). Tried a variety of options but had no luck.

    Any help much appreciated!

    Thanks in advance,
    Matt

Instead of snapshot, kindly attach sample file before & after data. Its more to clear know better.

Hi, I think i've solved it. It was literally a case of adding x3 SUMIF formulas together to get the specified columns. Thanks anyway!
