How to Remove duplicate values from coloumns

Hi
How to remove coloumn duplicate values in address list. Place names repeats 2 or 3 times. I need to remove it and only one place name should be available in data. I have huge data to validate. Refer attached test file, duplicate names highlighted in yellow colour.

Thanks for the immediate response.
In this formula I am unable to take district name and state separately in one coloumn.

If duplicates find in the coloumn then next coloumn data comes to previous coloumn.

Please solve this issue.
