Excel Variable Hyperlinks

Hi,

I'm trying to make a hyperlink function that will allow me to have, for each row, an individual hyperlink that is created.

How would I go about adding a cell's string data into a hyperlink function? For example, on each row if I wanted to go to google.com/[B2], and then it would be google.com/(the data in cell B2)
