Conditional formatting to flag Cell E2 RED where LastCostEntered (D2) is higher than the UnitCost (C2) AND DateLastCostChange (B2) is older than DateLastStockMove (A2)

I just realised that the date of DateLastStockMove should also be older than 1 January 2017

Try

=AND(D2 > C2,B2 < A2,A2 < DATEVALUE("01/01/2017"))

i.e error if < 01/01/2017 ????
