I'm having a problem with a formula, it keeps returning a value error.
=COUNTIFS($C$3:$C$501,"Press",$Q$3:$Q$501,$A3,A3:A400,">0")
In the column "A" I have a formula where if the YEAR in column "T" is < 2017 then leave blank, I think the blank is what is returning the error. How do I get the formula to continue to calculate and skip over the blank cells?

That change still returned a value error. Do I need to email the workbook to someone?
