I'm currently using this formula for % of PROFIT "=PRODUCT(Profit/total)" I would like to be able to input a % in this cell and the total Cell would calculate the need change?

Not sure I quite understand the end of your sentence, but this maybe?
=PRODUCT(Profit/total)&"%"

I have the percentage of profit but I would like to change the percentage of profit and result in the change in profit. Instead of using guess work to have the right amount of % of profit.

Will you please attach a sample Excel workbook?
1. Make sure that your sample data are REPRESENTATIVE of your real data. The use of unrepresentative data is very frustrating and can lead to long delays in reaching a solution.
2. Make sure that your desired solution is also shown (mock up the results manually).
3. Make sure that all confidential data is removed or replaced with dummy data first (e.g. names, addresses, E-mails, etc.).
4. Try to avoid using merged cells as they cause lots of problems.
Unfortunately the attachment icon doesn't work at the moment, so to attach an Excel file you have to do the following: just before posting, scroll down to Go Advanced and then scroll down to Manage Attachments. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.
Please pay particular attention to point 2 (above): without an idea of your intended outcomes, it is often very difficult to offer appropriate advice.
The Green section I'm looking to change when I change the highlighted yellow section "percentage column".
Change in what way? Can you please give some examples? I'm really sorry, but I am not following what you are trying to do.
lets say I want to change the profit to 10% instead of what it's currently at. I don't want to mess around with the total column I want to just change the % column.
Are you trying to test certain scenarios to find out what the best percentage would be? Maybe you need to look at the goalseek feature?
