calculating cost of a service

Hi everyone,

My first post here, I hope it's at the right place!

I'm preparing a business plan for a project consisting of a climbing gym with fitness, restaurant and retail store areas.
I need to know the approximate cost for each ticket I sell, more or less how much costs the service provided to a client who enters and climbs for 3 hours or a family spending the day and climbing, eating and working out!

I can easily know the gross margin but to calculate the net I feel stuck.

If one of you had that kind of situation I'd be glad to hear your opinion and experiences.

Sales minus Gross Margin = Cost of Goods Sold. If you are looking to calculate Net Profit, you will need to then subtract your other Expenses--both direct and indirect expenses. I am unsure of exactly what you wish to know as your question was not specific.
