Transferring data to Point of Sale System

Hi, new to forum, hoping for help with this, not a competent Excel user. Looking at setting up a new Point of Sale system and need to upload supplier pricelists which have been supplied in Excel format.
The problem I have is that when I copy the supplier pricelist through to Vend, which is the POS system, it copies all the formulas from the back end of the suppliers spreadsheet. Wondering whether it is possible to transfer just the information that is visible on the spreadsheet only. Will make a start with this question, see if anyone understands where I am coming from. Appreciate any feedback.

Make copies of the files. In the copy versions, copy / paste values all the data. Save, and upload those file versions.
