Is there a way on Excel to sum after each three consecutive blanks?

You will need to explain in more detail what it is that you are trying to achieve.

Hm....okay so each row represents a client and each cell represents revenue from that particular month. Revenue is considered 'new' if there had been no revenue the three previous months. For reach row, I want to add the consecutive revenue, starting from a 'new' revenue. For example, in Row 5 (P4), the revenue from 2015/01 would not count as new but F5 (2015/05) would as there is a three month hiatus previous to that. I then want to sum (F5:J5). Is there way to do that via formula?
