Conditional Formatting Data Bar Help

Anyone can teach me how do i Copy and paste Conditional Formatting of Data Bar?
In my attachment, I wan B2 to show the data bar for B1, C2 to show for C1, D2 to D1 .... however, when i select all and do the Conditional Formatting, it can only link to B1 I tried removing the $ sign, but it prompt an error message. I also tried doing for B2 and copy n paste in C2, D2, E2, F2, however, it all still link to B1.

Data bar conditional formatting doesn't work that way I'm afraid.
As you've seen, pasting the formatting to other cells still links to the one cell.
In order to accomplish what you're trying to do you would need to create a separate conditional formatting rule for each cell and link them to their relevant cell in row 1.
