Correction formula alphabetically sorted

Good evening I need to correct a formula that divides me the nick of column D
according to the letters M and F that are in column B.
The result is in BB column for Nick-M
And column BC for Nick-F
The formula I use,

In column BB puts a 0 in the first line
While the formula in BC column equal to the previous one
changes only the letter M with F I skip a text that would go first,
as you can see from the colored cells of yellow
I hope I've been spotted

Berna11, 4000 array formulas is a lot of array formulas. If you are not aware of it they are resource hungry and can slow the workbook down.

Helper columns are a way around this. They can be put anywhere. They can even be hidden.

In the attached they are in columns AX:AY. The helper formula in AX8:AY1000 is
