Match, Index, If function all in one?

Hello, Everyone

I was wondering if anyone could help me in the following scenario.

Data is set up like this
'Tab 1'
cell A1:A5 date ranges from: 1/1/17, 1/2/17/ 1/3/17, 1/4/17, & 1/5/16
cell B1:B5 number: ranges from 5, 10, 15, 20, 25

'Tab 2'

I would like to find out an equation I can put in cell B1(Tab 2) that will give me the information from the cell B1:B5 (Tab 1) that is next to the input date in cells A1:A5 (tab 1) that i type in A1 (Tab2)

So,
if I type the date, 1/2/17 in A1 (Tab 2)
B1 will automatically output the number 10.

Makes sense?

Attach a sample workbook.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
