#N/A error in FORECAST.ETS Function.. please help

Hi Everyone,
I am new here. Hope you all are having a nice day.
Can someone help me with the function:
FORECAST.ETS

I enter all arguments but I get error as #N/A
But when I enter only FORECAST then I don't get the error.

I am using Excel 2016, online. As in through my Microsoft Account.

Google says that #N/A error means the range of values and dates in the function are not same. But I have put same amount of data for both arguments.

Any advice on where I'm wrong?
Dates:
1) 1/12/2014
2) 1/13/2014
3) 1/14/2014

To Find for date: 1/15/2014

Values are:
1) 10
2) 12
3) 14

This is just to check. Actual range is far bigger. Can anyone advise as to how to get rid of #N/A error?

But it works if I put the function as only Forecast.
However then I cannot calculate the intervals (other 2 columns in right).
I tried the forecast.ets function with other dates like:
1/2/2014
2/2/2014
and for unknown date I put: 3/2/2014

But still i got #N/A error...

In Excel Desktop it works well, in Excel Online it doesn't work.
I give up, call MS Support

Yeah but how does MS want it to work. If I knew what caused the #N/A error I could fix it.

Maybe. Was it working in the file that I attached? I was getting #N/A error there as well

I tested your example OFF and ON line, so OFFline it works but ONline - don't.
Sorry I can't help but sometimes MS is weird

Thanks a lot, man. I'll have to buy excel package then right? Too expensive. I got 2007 Excel.

If you want the latest version of Excel (Office) - buy a subscription for 365

but first check this function with anyone who has 365, then think about subscription
