Exclamation Use SUMIFS/VLOOKUPS to return data using 2 requirements

    Hello,

I am looking to update my formula so that the numbers in the 'Actual' column are picked up based on the Value in A2 and in B2 (there will be a filter on these so that they can change)

    My current formula is:
    =IF($A$2="Total All Verticals",SUMIFS('Current Forecast'!$J:$J,'Current Forecast'!$F:$F,$A4,'Current Forecast'!$C:$C,B$2,'Current Forecast'!$A:$A,B$3),IF($A$1=0,SUMIFS('Current Forecast'!$J:$J,'Current Forecast'!$F:$F,$A4,'Current Forecast'!$C:$C,B$2,'Current Forecast'!$A:$A,B$3,'Current Forecast'!$G:$G,$A$2),SUMIFS('Current Forecast'!$J:$J,'Current Forecast'!$F:$F,$A4,'Current Forecast'!$C:$C,$A$2,'Current Forecast'!$A:$A,A$3,'Current Forecast'!$K:$K,$A$2)))

    Thank you

    Elouise

I have changed the data source to make it clearer and also put a column of what is expected.

References with $B$2 should be compared with range B:B not C:C

and why are you checking against A1 which is an empty cell

... You do not appear to check "Sub Region" for results for a country e.g Brazil
