    Adding a function to an INDEX formula

    http://s000.tinyupload.com/?file_id=...58182801618578

    Sample. Took me a second to scrub the real data out

    =IFERROR(INDEX('Work and Formula'!$A$2:$A$1500, MATCH(0,IF(ISBLANK('Work and Formula'!$A$2:$A$1500),1,COUNTIF($A$1:A1, 'Work and Formula'!$A$2:$A$1500)), 0)),"")

    Needs to go into column A on "Tier 1" "Tier 2" and "Tier 3" sheets.

    The goal is to list all Tier 1 users and pertinent data on Tier 1 workbook, Tier 2 on Tier 2, etc. Criteria for tier is on each Tier worksheet (Cell M4).

    Does that make sense? Thanks for the help, guys!

    I put the tier values on each Tier sheet. I updated it to be on the Work and Formula sheet, in the Variables table (Col R+S).

    See here: http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php...82452436810442

    "Total Score" (Column O) on Work and Formula sheet is the score that determines which Tier they are in.

    Tier 1:
    =IFERROR(INDEX('Work and Formula'!A:A,SMALL(IF('Work and Formula'!$O$2:$O$19<'Work and Formula'!$S$14,ROW('Work and Formula'!$O$2:$O$19)),ROWS(A$2:A2))),"")

    Tier 2:
    =IFERROR(INDEX('Work and Formula'!A:A,SMALL(IF('Work and Formula'!$O$2:$O$19>='Work and Formula'!$S$14,IF('Work and Formula'!$O$2:$O$19<'Work and Formula'!$S$15,ROW('Work and Formula'!$O$2:$O$19))),ROWS(A$2:A2))),"")

    Tier 3 (no matching answers...):
    =IFERROR(INDEX('Work and Formula'!A:A,SMALL(IF('Work and Formula'!$O$2:$O$19>='Work and Formula'!$S$15,ROW('Work and Formula'!$O$2:$O$19)),ROWS(A$2:A2))),"")

    I also tidied up your VLOOKUPs, on Tier 1 only, to make them look prettier and be less manual.

    These are array formulae. Array Formulae are a little different from ordinary formulae in that they MUST be confirmed in the FIRST CELL ONLY by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. After that, the array can be dragged down as normal, to cover the desired range.

    You will know the array is active when you see curly brackets { } - or "curly braces" for those of you in the USA, or "flower brackets" for those of you in India - appear around the outside of your formula. If you do not use CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will (almost always) get an error message or an incorrect answer. Press F2 on that cell and try again.

    Don't type the curly brackets yourself - it won't work...
