conditional formatting

Dear All

I would like to seek you help.

I would like to select "seat no"on one list to other location, say from A coloumn to other.

I have selected the seats no as i wanted and formatted it as "RED" if a certain seat is selected

What i want to do if that is possible to select the cell together with the color too?

Thanks in advance

Eric

Not sure I understand what you need here
I would like to select "seat no"on one list to other location, say from A coloumn to other.
How will you select a seat No. - and where?
"to other location" - what does that mean?

if you are trying to color cells based on the contents of column K, use this as a New Rule/Use Formula...
Highlight the cells in A:D (not the whole column, just the cells you work with)
Use this in the formula bar
=MATCH(A5,$K$6:$K$29,0) format fill as needed
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
