Trying to Index match from the results of a previous index match

So I am trying to lookup a result using index match from the results of another index match and I am just getting the #N/A.. Is there a way to do this correctly?

Attach a sample workbook (not image).

Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

I can do all that later, I am at work so I am unable to upload files with our security system, however I am simply just using Index, match to get a result then I am trying to index something else and the match would be the result from the first index, match, and I am just getting the NA

"N/A" usually indicates a data mismatch i.e. not found or data type mismatch.

That may well be true. but without seeing what you have done, or if there are leading/trailing spaces, etc, that wlll mess up any match, we could be playing guessing games for hours.
