    Filtering Data

I hope someone can help. So I've been trying to find a way to filter this data out. The data I get i can filter it but i still need to separate it into a "sequential pattern for each day." I'm using Excel. I can't seem to add an attachment. So this is what my data looks like The Date is Column A, Column B is my TA, TC, TO, TW, and Column C is my #'s,

    This is my data

    5/1/2017 TA 1
    TC 45
    TO 69
    5/2/2017 TC 34
    TO 69
    5/3/2017 TC 39
    TO 76
    5/4/2017 TC 65
    TO 109

But I want to make it look like this. What Formula do I need to use?

    5/1/2017 TA 1
    TC 45
    TO 69
    TW 0
    5/2/2017 TA 0
    TC 34
    TO 69
    TW 0
    5/3/2017 TA 0
    TC 39
    TO 76
    TW 0

Sorry, I'm just frustrated and I hope I've explained it somewhat clearly.

    Re: Filtering Data

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

    Re: Filtering Data

Hello BELBELL00 and Welcome to Excel Forum.
This proposed solution takes the information from the DATA sheet and it doesn't matter if the blanks are filtered out of column B.
The green highlighting represents cells that will need to be filled in manually.
Put the first date that you would like to include in H1, or the first cell of whichever column you are using.
Put the following formula in H2 and copy down as far as needed:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Put the following in I1:I4 respectively: TA; TC; TO; TW
Select those four cells and double click the fill handle for cell I4
Put the following formula in cell J1 and double click the fill handle to copy down:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    Re: Filtering Data

I forgot to explain a part of the solution which is to fill column A on the DATA sheet using the Select column A > Goto Special > Blanks > = > [up arrow] > Ctrl + Enter procedure shown in this video.
Let us know if you have any questions.
