Time to Filter/Save etc. while using Sumproduct formula

Hello.. I am using Sumproduct formula to generate various reports from one single data base which runs in more than 20000 rows, 25 colums, the fields are similar to say Month of Sale,Agent No, Agent Name, Sales in Product 1, Sales in Prodct 2 etc., Area of operations etc. These data is arranged month-wise in single file (12 months).

The report generated is based on mainly Agent No, Month of Sale etc.. Total no. of agents in single month is around 6000. And the output sheet generates reports from source file applying various condition. While doing this saving etc. PC also shows Calculating(processor 2)..1% etc..

However, when I filter or Save or make any changes and save etc, the file takes enormous time (around 15-20 mints) and excel gets hanged and I have to abort the excel to do work.

I just wanted to know any alternative way which can be used in similar way like Sumproduct (which is extremely helpful tool), but the operations can be completed (filter/save/do any changes and save) within short time.

Thanks for reply. I could not find edit button. So I used Advance button where I could edit title..Hope this is ok now..

Attach a sample workbook (not image).

Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
