Formula to calculate turn-around time and target

    Dear Experts,

I need lots of helps to my needs. I will try to explain as clear as possible what I need/wants, and hope to get your assistances to achieve what I want.

I want to determine (calculate) the results, a 'Meet' or "Fail', for Column H, of the result for the turn-around time for our returned-claims records, reference a table-guidelines. I have attached here a sample sheet with the details/info.
    • Column B - is the offices info, I have 3 options.
    • Column C - is the date in/received.
    • Column D - is Qty of items received.
    • Column F - is our completed date.
    • Column G - is the calculated number of days taken to complete the job.
    • Column M/N/O - is our Guideline for targeted Turn-around time to meet.
    • Column M - is for Qty of items.
    • Column N - is for SIN office's target days.
    • Column O - is for MAL/IND office's target days.

Example for Row 2, based on, from MAL, Qty of 2 items, Turn-around time took 3 days,
Referencing data/info from Column M/N/O, and need to get the Result at H2 (column/row) with either a 'Meet' or 'Fail'.
The answer should be a 'Meet' as it is within 5 days for MAL & 2 items.

2nd example is Row 9, the answer is 'Meet', as the taken 5 days is within for 6 items, SIN office of 5 days.

3rd example is Row 10, the answer is 'Fail', as it took 11 days, that did not meet for 15 items, IND office of targeted 9 days.

I hope the above information and request is clear for your great expertise assistances.
Thank you in advance for your helps.
