So I've got an Excel sheet setup to calculate total labor costs.
What happens now is that I manually input the pay rate as text. What I would like to happen is the pay rate updates based on the persons age which is on another sheet so when they turn older it automatically updates.
I did try this formula =IF('Employee Data'!C2=15,10.59,"")+IF('Employee Data'!C2=16,13.25,"") and so forth for the different ages. However #VALUE! is displayed once I add the second IF function.
Would appreciate the help!
