    Conditional Formatting not working correctly

I have two columns (H and I) that contain formulas, dates or nothing at all.

Column I either has a date or is left blank and that conditional formatting formula {=$I3>0} to turn the row pink is working great.

Column H has an IF formula {=IF(Q3=0,"",Q3)} where it returns the date if found in column P, and if not found is left blank. My conditional formatting formula {=$H3>0} is not working for this column, because it is turning all the rows green even if nothing is there. I tried changing the order between my pink and green conditional formatting but that didn't help. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Re: Conditional Formatting not working correctly

The problem is the "", try this for the conditional formatting rule.

    =AND($H3>0, $H3<>"")
