Sorting table data into different tables

Hi,
I have the attached data, and to sort them automatically in different columns as per the attached

In I2, enter:

...confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer.

Copy across / down.

thanks alot, will do that, but a small question, if for the same data i need to ignore duplicates, can you tell how
