i want to make a excel file to know what are the varieties & batch numbers of the stock consumed, balance stock of varieties on a particular date and indicate when to buy the variety if stock is going to exhaust

criteria is a warehouse capacity is 10000 bags if stock purchase on a particular date exceed capacity of the warehouse it should indicate warehouse is full based on balance stock in ware house and quantity of purchase going to do

2. stock contains 6 types of varieties a,b,c,d,e,f all the above varieties are purchased in different quantities and kept in the warehouse as per requirement.

3. each variety (a,b,c,d,e,f) is having different batch numbers example : a= 0001002, b= 0002136, c= 0003695, d= 00049854, e= 0005874, f= 0006414,

if "a" single variety is purchased for a quantity of 160 bags batch numbers will be 0001002 for 80 bags and 0001003 for 80 bags in sequence

like this for all varieties batch numbers will be based on quantity of purchase and all these batch numbers should be stored based on quantity of purchase of the variety.

for a quantity of 80 bags same batch number will be there

4.stock purchase entry based on variety, batch numbers based on quantity

5. so daily if input is given what variety and how much quantity consumed on aggregate it should check in the total stock and subtract that from the stock and should show the balance stock on that day based on varieties and should display batch numbers for that quantity & variety consumed on that day.
