IF funcation with multiple criteria

Please halp to update the "ROI Reason" column based on criteria.

try: =IF(A2="","",IF(A2="OK","Not applicable","Reason please"))

Put this formula in cell B2:

=IF(A2="","",IFERROR(VLOOKUP(A2,$E$2:$F$4,2,0),""))

then copy down.
