Good Morning Experts!
I am trying very, VERY, hard not to boot excel and my computer right out the window right now...
I have a formula that I've used for awhile now, and it always works. In fact, I got it from someone here.
However, today, on this new sheet, it is giving me grief, and I don't understand why.
My formula is: =IFERROR(INDEX(PT[HR Pay Tech Name],MATCH([@Unit],PT[Unit '#],0)),"")
But when I use it on my new spreadsheet, I get a message from excel telling me there's a problem and starts talking about apostrophes!
I've tried c&p for the formula. I've tried typing it in. I've tried copying my work to a new worksheet and a new workbook. I've tried copying my data as values only... And every time, my formula fails!! WTH?!
When I get that stinkin' box, I click ok, and it highlights the section that says PT[HR. Is that where it's having a hard time with my formula? When I try to fix the formula by showing excel the areas, it seems to take the formula, but then doesn't give me any results!! And I know there are some.
Both sheets are formatted as tables. I'm hoping to not have to upload a sample, because to depersonalized the file will be a pain.
Anyhow, if anyone has some insight, I would greatly appreciate it!
