Drop Down List to populate multiple values in multiple cells

How do I have a drop down list (already created using data validation) to create multiple values to automatically populate in multiple cells? For example:

Drop down lists consists of series of door sizes: 10x10, 12x10, etc.

If I click on 12x10 I want it to populate a 1 (in A15), 13 (in A18), 1 (C15), etc. etc. HOWEVER, I want different values to populate for the different items chosen in the drop down menus.

CAN THIS BE DONE?????
