Need to add multiple conditions to this formula

I am using the following to count the amount of "OP" shifts in multiple ranges. I also need it to search "REQ OP" as well.

=SUM(COUNTIF('P1'!$U13:$AH13,"OP"),COUNTIF('P1'!$U69:$AH69,"OP"),COUNTIF('P1'!$U125:$AH125,"OP"),COUNTIF('P1'!$U181:$AH181,"OP"),COUNTIF('P1'!$U237:$AH237,"OP"))

Any thoughts how to rewrite it?
