Hi guys ,
Im trying to find a way of calculating a clawback ( a deduction from wages acording to what the employee ows us) but im struggling a little.
The idea is if his wages are > 400, deduct 25 % . if its between 250 and 400 deduct 20%.less than 250 deduct 0.
in my excel sheet i have 3 rows with the following:
Total Payable (wages)
Total Owing(what the employee owes us)
Clawback
so i would like to make that deduction but stop it when the total owing is 0.
appreciate your help !
