Hi friends

We advise you not to 'bump' (reply to) your own posts too quickly after posting, unless you are posting some sort of clarification. Since bumped threads have replies, they will no longer appear in the "Zero Reply Posts" listing, which many members use to look for unanswered questions. If you do bump, limit it to no more than once every day. Remember that your best helper may be asleep on the other side of the world.
Also, Although there is no official rule regarding this behavior, we request that wherever possible both the question AND the answer be provided in substantive detail here within the thread. An attached workbook is an excellent aid for posing a question and offering a solution, but solely doing that with no in thread explanation makes it difficult for researchers to understand or consider the Q & A of this thread without downloading what may be a pointless doc to them, if they can do that at all. Doing that also hides the content from search engines so others may never benefit from this.
I'm sure you understand, and we look forward to seeing you post your formulas/macros in your posts for the searching benefit of all.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Merged cells create all sorts of problems with formulas, and we always advise everyone against using them. Are you really set on using them like that?
Also, A, B, Dand E all have the answer in the 1st of the 2 cells, but C has it in the 2nd - is there any reason for that? And, based on using column D, why is C 2 and not 1?
What i need from the data was represented by yellow colour
may be i will make confused to you on explanation
in D19
=COUNTIFS(D$12:D$17,">="& 41,D$12:D$17,"<="& 50,$C$12:$C$17,$C19)
in D20
=COUNTIFS(D$12:D$17,">="& 41,D$12:D$17,"<="& 50,$C$12:$C$17,$C20)
Copy pairs of formulae and change limits of 41 / 50 to required range
Now i need a formular to paste those data in column i d19 to d28 into n20 to w20
but the first part was worked correctly
In "0
=OFFSET($D$19,COLUMNS($N:N)-1,ROWS($1:1)-1)
Copy across and down
