Look up & Match, Return YES or NO

Hi guys

So basically i need a formula that will do this.

Reference = AB26 , Lookup Y8:Y14 .. if its a match, look up Z if its OFF then return NO, if its anything else Return YES.

Not sure how to put it into a formula. can someone help? thanks.

Its in them certain cells as its for another worksheet which i can't post due to the details on the workbook.

Doesn't seem to work, if its 13:30 - 17:15 .. or any other shift i need it to return yes if they work that day. but its returning NO for all

Just swap the yes/no positions
