Learning Formulas

Hi All

I don't believe I am breaking any rules here however I may have misunderstood some of the rule page so please tell me if I am and I will delete the post.

I am slowly increasing my knowledge of excel, I would say I am still a beginner in terms of knowing formulas and how they work.
I can do basic IF, SUMIFS etc but when it comes to nesting formulas, lookups etc I am clueless.

Could any one recommend a site or course they found useful to learn these formulas. I currently use Chandoo.

Regards

Aarron

Re: Learning Formulas

Your post is just fine, I see no problems with it.

Being self-taught (and mostly from here), my suggestion would be to stick around here and try and answer some questions, and more importantly, look at how some of the experts answer the questions. See if you can pick their formulas apart, or try and change then to make them do other stuff
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Thinking again, the Fx button next to the formula bar can also be invaluable for debugging formulas and fining missing/misplaces ()'s
