Calculate Break deduction for timesheet summary

I have to do a timecard summary, but our production does not clock out for breaks, they just get a half an hour for a full shift (any thing over 6:00).

So in column P I want it to be formatted to read 2:30 for 5 shifts, and 2:00 for 4 shifts, but only if they are 6 hours or more.

Try this in P3

=TIME(0,30,0)*COUNT(IF((C$2:N$2="TIME OUT")*(C3:N3)-(C$2:N$2="TIME IN")*(C3:N3)>=TIME(6,0,0),C3:N3)) Ctrl Shift Enter

Didn't work, only came up 0.00

You have to enter the formula with Ctrl+Shift+Enter and not just Enter.

You should get 0.1. Then format as h:mm to get 2:30.
