Hi,
I have created an Excel sheet to track employee absences, with different reasons for absences being quantified with a specific amount of points (i.e., Tardy=1/4 point, Partial Day=1/2 point, Full day=1 point, etc.). I have to create a rolling six month sum, or total, for the number of points accumulated by each employee, and I am trying to create this in the "Total Points" Column . I have attached a picture of my spreadsheet. Please help!!
