Need help creating a formula.

I have 7 columns, 3 rows.

Both contain exactly the same set of data except the OC Stat column.

I'm trying to do a SUMIFS where I define the ID, Space, Code, BUT only return the line with N as the OC Stat IF both a record for C and N exist. For the life of me, I cannot figure it out.

Help is greatly appreciated.
