Can you alter the formula in column C to show the results in column D?
Show the corresponding name when column A is "O6," and do not show "0s" or errors.
Or is there another way to get these results?

Hi and welcome to the forum.
A Pivot Table would seem the obvious choice.

I've thought about that, but those who have to update the table going forward are not as familiar pivot tables (compared to copying/pasting a formula).
If a formula is not possible, the pivot table will do!
Hi,
If you applied a dynamic range name to the table so that the named range changed automatically as stuff was added, and used the named range in the PT definition then users need never concern themselves. You might need a single line of code to refresh the PT every time the PT sheet was activated.
