    Formula to join field

    Hello:

    Please refer to attached file.
As you can see, I have entered formula in cell C14 as =B3.
Rather than entering formula as B3,C3, etc i need to use different logic.
    i have B in cell A14 and 3 in cell B13
i need to make formula =B3 from these value.
I am able to do A14&B13 which gives B3 instead of =B3.
    Please help to solve this.

Let me know if you have any questions.
    Thanks.
    Riz
