    IF hyperlink = "NONE" or Link

    Hello! I have a page that has to pull a hyperlink form another tab. When it pull it only shows the typed out link. I set up a formula to hyperlink the text that appears. I would like to alter that formula to show "None" if the 1st link pulls a 0 due to no hyperlink on the original page. See attached excel workbook.
