Create Schedule with Non-working hours figured in

Hoping you can help me out. I am working on a 1 piece flow project for one of our production cells. There are 7 stations and machines (the product we make) need to progress through each station at a takt time of 14 hours, 12 minutes. I would like to create a schedule that would make it super simple for the supervisor to be able to tell if the machines are ahead of schedule or behind. So I need to be a able to do the following:
Have a cell to input a date and time (this would be the starting time for station 1)
From there, have it take the date and time and add 14 hours, 12 minutes to it, but I don't want it to include hours between 12:00pm-12:30pm (lunches) and 4:30pm-6:00am (single shift operation) and no weekends. For example, starting time of 7/11/17 6:00am, it should return a value of 7/12/17 10:12am, which would be the ending time for Station 1.
That answer would then be the start time for Station 2, then add 14:12 to that again...until you get a stop time for station 7.

I would really like this to be an Excel solution, as supervisors don't have Project/Visio.

    Thanks!!

    Welcome to the forum!

Show us what you have done so far. Attach a sample Excel workbook? We are not able to work with or manipulate a picture of one.

    1. Make sure that your sample data are REPRESENTATIVE of your real data. The use of unrepresentative data is very frustrating and can lead to long delays in reaching a solution.

    2. Make sure that your desired solution is also shown (mock up the results manually).

    3. Make sure that all confidential data is removed or replaced with dummy data first (e.g. names, addresses, E-mails, etc.).

    4. Try to avoid using merged cells as they cause lots of problems.

Unfortunately the attachment icon doesn't work at the moment, so to attach an Excel file you have to do the following: just before posting, scroll down to Go Advanced and then scroll down to Manage Attachments. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.

Please pay particular attention to point 2 (above): without an idea of your intended outcomes, it is often very difficult to offer appropriate advice.

Still need help. Even if there are some suggestions of what could work.
